| CavillorCrystal currently ships almost worldwide. |
| All orders are shipped fully insured. The cost of shipping your order depends on the weight, destination and shipping methods. The more you buy the less you pay per pound. Therefore, we cannot calculate exact shipping costs until your shopping cart is complete. You will be asked to enter your location, and your exact shipping cost will be displayed. You will still be able to modify your cart, should you wish to do so. You may ship to a different address than your billing address. However, the billing address must be the same as the address on your credit card, so our card processor will recognize the cardholder as valid. For security reasons, we cannot accept orders to P.O. boxes. |

| Total shipping time is the time period passed between the point when the order was placed and the point when you receive the goods. To calculate total shipping time please add three business days of order processing to the shipping time of our partners (UPS etc.). |

| The most cost effective way of shipping. Our rates include packaging, transportation and standard insurance coverage. All costs incurred are on our side. Please take into consideration that the packages cannot be tracked and shipping may last 20-30 businessdays. |
| If your crystals arrived broken, you need to send pictures of the broken items to info@CavillorCrystal.com and your crystals will be replaced. |

| Packaging |
| In order to ensure that the glassware gets to you without breakage, all goods are packed in double-well cardboard boxes, and all glassware inside is packed with paper and bubble wrap. The outer cardboard box is extremely heavy duty and has a double-well thickness. |
